If you call into the office and ask for sales, chances are you’ll probably talk to Matt Meyer. Matt has been with the company since 1989 and has an extensive knowledge of all our product lines as well as their industrial applications. In his 20+ years of experience he has consulted with thousands of people to provide them with the ideal solution to their individual cleaning needs. Matt also manages a sales staff that includes two of the country’s top ten sales people. Matt Meyer is one of the industry’s best people to talk with if you have any questions about your cleaning methods, waste oil furnace possibilities, or wash bay design and is more than happy to help with any need.
Service: Larry McQuiston
Larry McQuiston started with Hotsy in 1990, and has been involved with the service aspect of the company ever since. He is the current service manager and resident expert on anything and everything technical about our pressure washers, waste oil furnaces, automatic parts washing tubs, and carpet extractors. Larry spends a good portion of the day taking phone calls from customers needing parts, service, detergent, etc. His extensive knowledge of all our equipment allows him to troubleshoot many issues over the phone, but for problems that can’t be solved remotely, Larry manages several field service technicians outfitted with every part and tool needed to fix every machine we sell on site. Larry’s talents and commitment to keeping your machine running smoothly for many years is a big part of the Hotsy advantage.
Operations: Reed Dowling
Reed Dowling has been working for Hotsy since 1979 and was the company’s first service manager before taking over the general operations of the company. With over 30 years of experience Reed has comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of the business. Reed Dowling is responsible for purchasing and accounting activities, while also involved in some aspects of customer relations.
